Guests: `               Drew Craig, Jim Green.

Call to Order:      7:00 pm. There is not a quorum so reports cannot be approved until the April meeting.

Secretary’s Report: Minutes were distributed but not approved due to lack of a quorum.

Treasurer’s Report:  Report attached. NHARA is in reasonable good shape.

Executive Secretary’s Report: Membership is moving right along; 1583 members in all so far. See attached report. Paid up members are posted on the website.

Committee Reports:

                A.C.C.:                                   Nothing to report. The first NHARA ACC meeting is scheduled for 12/9.

                Seed Review:                        No report.

                Alpine Officials:                  Follow-up will be taken with Gunstock for a referee’s clinic some time around the beginning of December. Interested parties need to send Ted an email indicating this.

                Review/Appeal:                    No issues.

                Racer Support:                    Nothing new to report.

                Coaches Council:                No report.

                Children’s Racing:             A committee will be looking at our BWL program structure to see if there is a way that more focus can be placed on racer development. This topic will be addressed at the Coaches’ Council and at CRC meetings in the spring. Drew Craig was appointed to the BOT as CRC representative.

                Handbook:                             Updates are posted on the website.

                Banquet:                               Dinner was very successful – 254 attendees. There was a 4% no show rate. Funding of next year’s dinner will be taken up at the Budget Committee meeting in May. Searches for alternative sites (Tenney; Ragged) netted poor results – prices quoted were higher than those at WV without the amenities.

                None.

New Business

o        Senior Team selection details to be addressed at the next meeting. The addition of 2 members late, (Sean McNamara and Ben Drummond) well after the deadline resulted in a controversy at the Ski Area Operators meeting. They agreed to carry 2 additional members for this year only. Athletes coming back from injury or who are deferring education a year must let Emily Crane know in a timely manner.
